Refunds & Warranties


NIKPAR LLC. offers a 30-day period on returns and exchanges from your date of purchase (or shipping date for pre-order items). We currently only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased via our website. To ensure we approve your return/exchange request, please make sure the NIKPAR Luxury Greek coffee pots are in new or good condition and have not been damaged due to use or negligence. We will request that you return the NIKPAR Luxury Greek coffee pots with all included accessories and in its original packaging.

If your return/exchange request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label via email, to be printed and affixed to your return package. Shipping out your exchange item and/or any refund will not be initiated until we have received and checked the item at our designated facility. For returns only, please note that $30 per item will be deducted from your refund amount to help us cover the cost of shipping and handling, and that it can take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Returned items can be shipped back to us via US Mail or any private parcel carrier. Refunds or credits are limited to the value of the item and any taxes charged.


NIKPAR LLC. limited warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use, for a period of up to 1 year from your original purchase date. We reserve the right to troubleshoot and diagnose any defects before approving a replacement. In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective NIKPAR Luxury Greek coffee pots to our designated facility in order to assess your claim, for which the customer will bear the cost of shipping. NIKPAR LLC. shall bear the cost of shipping any replacement item back to you.

Our warranty does not cover the following:

Special order items are non-returnable.
Defects or damages from improper use or maintenance of the product.
Accidents resulting to damage of the product.
Malicious destruction or intentional damage to the product.
Unauthorized repairs or alterations to the product.
Normal wear and tear to the inner and outer surfaces of the product, loss or theft.
