At NIKPAR LLC. (“NIKPAR”), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a NIKPAR product you purchased from nikpar.com or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product.

How To Claim The Guarantee

To submit a Guarantee request, please call one of our experts at (855) 645-7272 Monday through Friday between 10:00am and 5:00pm EST, or email support@nikpar.com. Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. If your request is approved, NIKPAR may require you to mail the unused portion of your NIKPAR product, a proof of purchase, and your claim number to:

Guarantee Guidelines

You must submit your Guarantee request within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please note that you may be responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.

Because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the NIKPAR 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

NIKPAR Wellness reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a customer has abused the NIKPAR, 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee.
